Rain Gear for Camping

Don't let the weather slow you down or keep you from that camping trip you've been wanting to go on. Be prepared for the rain by bringing your raingear.  I guess there is really no such thing as "camping rain gear" but through my experiences in the wilderness or just out camping at my local campsite, there have been occasions when I wished I had a water proof jacket or a full rain suit.

Camping rain gear, in my opinion, is an excellent accessory to have, especially if you love the outdoors.  There can be rainwear to fit almost every budget and situation from hiking to fishing.  There are inexpensive, durable, and lightweight PVC bonded to nylon suits that keep you dry from head to toe in even the heaviest of rains.  There are PVC ponchos that are very compact and easily donned to keep you dry in a sudden light rain and there are the super lightweight rainsuits that are very breathable that are usually made out of Gore-Tex or a material similar to this.  These types of suits may set you back a tad, but you can get no better protection from the rain and elements while staying comfortable.
